FTTP Modem/router

Hi,

I just got upgraded from FTTN to FTTP and was under the impression that I would get an updated modem/router but although I asked for one it didn't get noted. How can I arrange for a new modem to be sent to mt address?

My FTTN (line connected to DSL port) VX420 router remained the same, but with FTTP an ethernet cable connects from the NTD to the WAN port). BTW, for FTTP the modem is now in the NTD
