Fairfield Heights NBN

HI,

i am experiencing internet dropouts at Fairfield Heights, 

rebooted modem, connected directly instead of wifi, 

on my NBN box I have green power, green downstream, green upstream but online is just flashing. 

 

please help

We've checked the account and it shows that your service has been affected by an unplanned NBN network outage. It is being investigated by their field technicians, however, there's no estimated time of restoration that was given to us.
