Fast Trial

Hi there, I can't seem to get more than 80Mbs downstream after TPG told me I had free 6 month trial for faster speeds. I have had a few calls from TPG techs but no luck.

 

I am connected straight to the TPLINK 1600 modem supplied via ethernet cable.

 

Any ideas or could someone at TPG check trial is active on account ? Thanks heaps !

Thanks for raising this with us.

We can confirm that the speed boost has been applied.

 

What type of Ethernet cable are you using? Is it a Cat5 or Cat5e or higher?

Have you tried all of the LAN ports at the back of the modem/router?
