my fetch won't work. I have tried to reset but keeps coming up with this. Also says no internet connection but there is definitely internet.
please help

Based on the image that you've provided, it says that your Fetch box hasn't been activated.
Did you contact your Fetch provider as advised on the screen? If not, please contact your Fetch provider first as you've advised that the internet is working.
Also, please make sure that your credit card or debit card account is updated as you currently have a remaining balance on the account.
