Foxtel go

I can receive Netflix on my new Hisense smart tv , but cannot receive Foxtel Go on my tv but can receive it on my phone. Can anyone explain what might be the problem

Did you receive any error message when you open Foxtel Go? Are you using the updated application on Foxtel Go?

Since Netflix is working on your TV, you may try to uninstall and re-reinstall the application to make sure that the updated app is the one saved on your TV.

If all fails, you may contact the support of Foxtel Go for more information.
