Get online support
We have been experiencing network drop outs for a few weeks now.
Every device connected to the wifi loses internet connection.
When it drops out, every light is still on on the modem and nbn box. I've tried checking on the TPG app when it drops out and it says the connection is online.
We have restarted the modem and everything numerous times but we are still experiencing numerous drop outs a day. Any advice?
Which technology are you on (FTTP, HFC)?

Do you have any device connected via Wired/Ethernet?
Do they drop as well? Or only the WiFi loses the connection?
Are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
