I am experiencing frequent disconnections after my company has changed our VPN to F5.
I saw a similar post with title: "Packet loss at 188.8.131.52 syd-apt-ros-int1-hu0-3-0-2.tpgi.com.au" in the TPG community page, do we know if they managed to address that issue?
Issue only happens with F5, all the other PCs / devices stay connected.
Can anyone help?
Have you contacted your Company IT support or the F5 provider to check on this on their end first as you've advised that the service is working with other devices.
You may send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to run some tests.
