Frequent disconnections recently

My internet has been working fine for years, besides the occasion disconnects requiring a modem reset every few months.

Recently in the last week, every other day, I wake up to a dead internet. All devices disconnected and have no internet. I've had to restart the router.

I've been using the router provided by TPG (probably a few years old now).

Can someone help please.

Are you still not able to access the internet?

What's the light status of the modem/router?

 

Did you check if your service is affected by an outage? If not, check it here: https://support.tpg.com.au/servicestatus
