Frequent drop outs on NBN50 upgrade.

Over the past couple of weeks, I have been experiencing some consistent dropouts on my TPG internet service after upgrading my plan to NBN50 as I was already paying the same price but at a slower speed. The location is Glenmore Park, NSW.

These dropouts are random moments of time in the morning, afternoon, or even at night. Yesterday alone I experience two dropouts on the same day which was the first time. The modern is supplied by TPG would have the DSL LED start flashing and the internet LED go will go clear along with all wifi and LAN connections. The connection will re-establish after 5 mins or faster if manually reset.

Has there been a problem during the plan changing process?
