Have been with TPG for decades. But the Huawaei modem keeps dropping out (sometimes 6 to 10 times a week) and at times 2 to 3 times a day. The frustrating thing is how long it takes to reconnect. I wait between 20 minutes to over an hour before it reconnects. (In the meantime rebooting the modem, checking connections and so on.) It has been doing this for months now.
Also when it is operating and I have a green light on VOIP people often tell us that our phone is out. Anyone else in the same boat or have suggestions.
