We had a big storm this afternoon and lost internet after a lightning strike nearby.

Our NBN NCD has the following lights:
Power light = Solid Blue
Connection light = flashing Red. (With a clicking noise).
DSL light = off
LAN light = off


The TPG support website says to call tech support if the connection light is red.

When I call the support line I receive a short message and then I am disconnected.


Any help appreciated!!

I’m base in Strathfield experiencing the same problem. Managed to reach TPG support centre and was advised it’s due to the line outside. Escalated to a technician and now waiting for the technician availability.
