Been having frequent internet drop outs since we started NBN FTTC 100 4 months ago. Drop outs last anywhere from 30min - 3 hours and sometimes several times a day. There is no particular pattern and it never coinsides with planned NBN outage. Every time the connection drops out the DSL light flashes on the NBN box. Have tried contacting TPG via phone but they were unable to help.
