Fttp upgrade tech no show

Can some please assist me. I had an appointment for nbn to upgrade my service yesterday on the 8/3. I got no phone can. But I did receive a message at 4.30. Saying technician was on the way. He never showed no call nothing. Who do I contact to sort this out.

Sometimes appointments can't be kepr because previous jobs take longer than estimated; after all anyone would be furious if a job was abandoned because it ran overtime!

I think you will find that NBNCo automatically remake the appointment. 

Or posibly Mods wil pick this up and arrange that NBNCo remake the appointment.
