I know that I've queried about my continual dropouts and the reply back was that the dropouts were my issue. Well the dropouts continue to occur 3 - 5 times daily which disrupts our dialysis machine and viewing on streaming services. I know I'm ranting on, but I'm just so past the point of no return...Telstra is looking better everyday. I have followed all the requests that you have made and my service continues to abate me.. Maybe all this is jibberish...but on the other hand...is it?
