Had a fault at the NTD (FTTP) yesterday (Sunday). TPG answered phone very quickly. After basic tests escalated to level II and then forwarded to NBN. Today (Monday) NBN subbie came out to me early (rural area) and fixed it in half an hour (stretched fibre). TPG just rang to check all was OK. Brilliant service from all concerned.
