As frequently as about once a day, my HFC NBN connection slows down to an extremely slow speed (0.1mbps). Some quick trouble shooting shows that power cycling the router (Archer VR1600v v2) does nothing, but power cycling the NTD fixes the issue (at least until the next time it slows down).
Do you have any solutions to this problem? I do not want to have to power cycle my NTD every day.
Is there any update on this issue, I mean from your end in regard to resetting the NTD ?
I'm aware that the Engineers are also trying to contact you for further testing etc ,.
