Hi @markc,

Thanks for sending us your details. We're able to locate the account and ran an initial test, the result shows no line fault and connected to our network. If the desktop is the only devices getting this issue, it could be a Computer/Desktop issue, we recommend to check possible application that is running on its background and consuming high volume of bandwidth data also run a full scan to the customer it could be caused by a Malware.

In the event that the issue still persist, send us your best contact number and preferred time and we'll arrange one of our Technicians to help you conduct a real-time test and investigation to this issue.

Hi @Laf1foon

Welcome to the Community!

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

Check our Service Status page for any known outages.

If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link:Troubleshooting No Internet Connection

If the issue persists, please send us your Customer ID or service address via private message so we can assist you accordingly.

Regards,
