High Gaming Ping on WOT Hong Kong Server

Just many people already mentioned, the ping to Hong Kong since last week jump from 80-90 ping to 300+ ping. One stranged thing is currently I stay in WA, but the internet connect me to Syendy and then  to American, and finally to Hong Kong.
