High ping to specific servers only

Hi, I'm getting strangely high ping to particular local servers

For example, running a traceroute on 143.244.62.98 shows a big jump in latency to just under 200ms.

Running another traceroute to google a few seconds later shows more reasonable ping.

I think Datacamp is the server host.

The 2nd to last routing step, to 203.209.194.18, seems to add most of the ping. Seems to be managed by a 5G company.

The server is hosting a game, Escape from Tarkov, and my high ping means I'm constantly being kicked when I'm placed on servers with this issue. When my connection is routed normally (i.e. to a server without this routing issue), my ping is around 20ms.

Does anyone know how I'd go about resolving this issue?

I am having the exact same issue my usual ping is 40-50 on the australian server but as soon as I play it hits 200+

This is still an ongoing issue? used to be around 20ms ping and now 180.. Exact same thing is happening to me.
Is it just poor routing to the tarkov servers? Would love this to be fixed.
