A bit late to respond...anyways....

My speed boost is working...

I am on NBN50, with  the boost, I am now getting an ave. 200 Mbps on my PC via hardwire ethernet,

and around 180 Mbps on Wi-Fi.

I rebooted my nbn box and modem/router after I received the notice.

I also received the following email last month stating the following:

Please enjoy a complimentary 6 month internet speed boost from TPG!

From 10/02/2021 to 10/08/2021, you’ll be enjoying the new nbn™ Home Superfast plan with up to 4 times the estimated Typical Evening Speeds compared to your current plan^.

So far havent experienced any increase in speed after multiple tests.
