Horrible customer service

I am really frustrated about how I was treated and how my issue was handled (never happened). I had such an easy to fix issue that was never fixed. Calling customer service every day all not doing anything and never let me talk with a manager. On Saturday I had enough and cancelled the service. Signed up with another provider that took literally 3 hr to fix the problem and make sure I had internet (on a non business day). Shame on tpg customer service and the way it is all organised.

Im just wondering how you would be able to turn this problem around if you are no longer their provider and assuming they are not with iinet or aapt? just asking in case this were to happen to me
