Get online support
NBN technician visited today and everything installed and activated. But, I didn't receive any router. I also have got 1 previous router and tried to work with it but there is no internet. I can connet the wifi but no internet. So, Do i need a new router? How can i get it

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the notes.
It appears that we've sent you a new modem/router for your new NBN HFC service, however, no one was available to receive the parcel when startrack attempted to deliver it.
We've tracked the order and it is currently awaiting collection at MORTDALE LPO.
We'll send you a PM with the consignment number, which you will present along with your Valid ID in order to get the parcel.
