Hi @Happy-camper-69,

A Slave email is a separate account that has it's own inbox. Aside from your main TPG account, 19 more email accounts can be created.

1. Log on to your TPG account by entering your TPG username and password in the "Your TPG Account" section on the home page: https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account
2. Click on the 'Manage your email accounts' link. This is located under the section headed "Email Management."
3. Click on the link "Add Slave User," enter the desired email address and password. Please make sure to keep it within the required parameters.
4. Click "Create Account" to submit the request.

Let us know should you require further assistance.

Hi Shane,

Thanks for the quick response.  Just confirming that 19 additional slave accounts are configurable regardless of my account type?
Also at present the ability to create slave accounts is unavailable in the toolbox. refer attached image.
Please advise when this will be resolved.

Thanks

Hi Shane,

I'm capable of setting up my own slave email accounts via the account setup page so I don't need tech support help with this part, I just want to know when the issue will be resolved that is presently stopping me from being able to create new slave accounts at my discretion.
Also, you did not answer my other question - "Just confirming that 19 additional slave accounts are configurable regardless of my account type? "
Thanks

Hi @Happy-camper-69,

The Slave E-mails are available only with TPG NBN and old TPG-ADSL2+ service which comes with POP3 E-mail.

Thanks, I have existing TPG NBN so this is no issue, but when will the ability to create these myself in my account portal be fixed?  Do I need to log a seperate support ticket for this?  Presently TPG Sercice Status shows no problems with email services, but this is clearly not correct.

Please advise when this issue will be resolved.

Hi @Happy-camper-69

As technology is constantly changing, we are also continuously trying to improve all of our services. We aim to reduce phising emails and ensuring greater email security.

We are definitely working on reinstating this feature in the future. We'll be sure to post and update this in our website and community page.

Thanks!

Hi @Ahra_G  & @Shane ,

Great that you are improving services to reduce phishing and improve email security, however what does this have to do with my ability to create my own additioanl slave email accounts?

I can have up to 19 slave accounts from my primary and it is not acceptable that I have to do this with the assistance of TPG support as this compromises my level of personal email security.

Please recitify the issue as a matter of urgency.

Thanks.
