Hi all,

I'm trying to connect the TP Link BE65 with NBN BOX (HFC connection). I'm just want to ask if anyone can help on how to connect to internet.

I have tried with the setting as below:

     -TPG connection PPPoE connection

     - TPG username and password

     - VLAN =2 Priority = 0

     - restart and reset NBN box and BE65 many times

Thank you

Hi @Awd90040 . Anything useful in this thread?

Is your connection working on your previous router?

Does the NBN box have 4 green lights on?

Are you on Bundled NBN/VOIP plan or Data Only plan? Data only plan does not use VLAN ID.

Hi,
Tried the reset for NBN and deco Be65 unfortunately it doesn’t work. Internet works for my previous router and NBN box has all the 4 green lights on.

@Awd90040 . What is the model of your previous router?

Can you check that it uses VLAN ID.

@Awd90040 . What is the colour of the BE65 indicator light?

Can you check it is set to Wireless Router mode (I don't know where that setting is).

Any help with TP-Link support? Just say connection works with Netgear using PPPoE and VLAN ID.
