How to cancel my NBN plan?

Hi,


I don't wanna use this NBN service next month and how can I cancel it?


I bought this plan of $69.99 with no lock-in contract, but I can't find the link to cancel it. Because I gonna move out from current address.

I got the calls and people talking on the phone always told me to send a cancellation request email to cancel@tpg.com.au. I tried many times, and it always slowly replied to me with a message "Our record shows that your email address is not listed as email contact on the account". I tried to use my different email addresses, but it didn't work. l would drop into a loop of sending emails and picking up their useless phone calls.

 

I swear I will never use the TPG's service anymore. There are many subsitutes with way better services in the market to replace this TPG. Why is it so hard to cancel an Internet plan with you?
