please update my router firmware plz.
also 5G is not being able to connect.
i've reset and tried with many devices but none is connecting to 5G. saying just unable to connect and switch back to 2.4G

Welcome to the Community!
Your modem's current firmware version was already the latest for TPG-FTTB accounts.
Regarding the trouble of connecting to the 5GHz network, does it still ask you to put in the WIFI password when you attempt to connect? Can you also post a screenshot of the exact error you're getting?
