i've reset and tried with many devices but none is connecting to 5G. saying just unable to connect and switch back to 2.4G

Welcome to the Community!

Your modem's current firmware version was already the latest for TPG-FTTB accounts.

Regarding the trouble of connecting to the 5GHz network, does it still ask you to put in the WIFI password when you attempt to connect? Can you also post a screenshot of the exact error you're getting?

Hi,

Thanks for confirming my modem’s firmware is up to date.

Issue with 5Ghz is now resolved.
I had to restart the service several times and turn on& off 5Ghz options couple times and even changed the name. SSID.
now i can connect to it.
