Hi there,
I am a new customer with TPG, and my plan is 5G Home Broadband.
 
I already received the modern, however, my tracking status is still "Waiting for Hardware Dispatch". 
All lights on the modem are all green and the modem looks good to go - I just need my account to be activated for the internet to work.
 
I called the support team and they could not help.
