I am moving home, can I set the NBN start date for my new home?

I am moving out on 17th Aug I am wondering if it possible after I complete the moving home form in my account and I can set the start date for my NBN internet? Ideally I want the internet to be transferred on 17th Aug so we can use it straighaway after we moved.

I would recommend to speak directly with one of our Moving home specialist so they can assist you with the transfer of your service(s).

I'm in a similar situation, and I just contacted support. They said my request is already processed, and my current address will be disconnected from the internet in 24 hours! And it's not possible to change! Not even if I file another request to change my address back to the current place! That means I will not be able to use the internet for the whole week and have to pay for it, as well as for additional mobile traffic! 

This is the most horrible experience I ever had with the internet provider, you guys have to do something here, otherwise, you clearly losing me as a customer.

We were able to locate your account and understand that you've been in contact with one of our Social Media Representatives (Facebook page).


This issue was coordinated to our NBN Provisioning team and since the service has been activated on your new address we need to wait until the system completes the transfer and once this is done we can then request to have your service relocated to your current address. There is no way to have this issue manually done therefore we will need to wait for 24-72 hours.


This is being monitored by our NBN Provisioning team and will be in touch with you as soon as an update becomes available.
