NBN Disconnection

Hi there, I want to disconnect my current NBN service because I'm moving out and NBN is not available for my new address. 


I called 131423 twice yesterday. For the first time, I got cut off by someone after being waiting for 10 minutes. The second time I called, after being waiting for 15 minutes, she told me no accounts staff available and promised someone would call me back in 2 - 3 hours. 


So far, I haven't been contacted by anyone from TPG regarding my request of NBN disconnection. 


Please can someone help me to process this?
