Get online support
I'm paying around $90 for NBN, but ever since day 1 I've only been getting speeds up to around 20mbps.
My internet keeps lagging and seems even worse than my previous cable broadband internet. Why is that? I am paying more right now only to be disappointed every time.
I was expecting high speeds as TPG boasts 100/40 speeds, but I can't even reach 20...
Can someone please fix this ASAP.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.
