Dear TPG,
This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever seen.
I request to pay my bill and close my account. I have spent all day trying to ask you for help and your Chat Bot people keep closing the conversation on me. Plus, the speed is shocking and now I have access to the NBN I will find another provider. Please cancel my account NOW!
