IP address for my exchange server is blocked

I access 5 different email accounts using Outlook 2010 -- 3 of these are hosted exchange addresses (from USA); the others are imap type. All addresses work except one of the exchange accounts (Server address: east.exch082.serverdata.net -- ip4: 162.216.195.35 ). As soon as I use another ISP (either telstra or optus by 4G tethered) I can access this email address without problem.

The email address was working perfectly until this morning.

I spoke with a TPG support person earlier today who wasn't able to help. The TPG postmaster was "looking into it". I would appreciate someone from TPG removing the blocked IP address from your firewall tables so that I don't have to use my 4G connection; I'm nearly out of mobile data.

Hi @BigAussieBNE I can ping that ip no problem so it's unlikely to be firewalled.

Thanks @orbistat -- no sooner had I disconnected my tethered 4G and power cycled my modem; the connection to the exchange server came back up -- as you have shown with your ping.

Guessing the TPG Postmaster found the IP address and cleared it; while I was typing my post. Was a painful several hours working through the options and determining where the blockage was.
