Incredibly slow 5G Home Broadband

I installed the modem today, right after it was delivered.

I signed up for a 100mb plan, but it never reaches over 20mb.

Now, at 10:17 PM it`s marking an incredible 500KBP/s. YES, kb, not MB.

I`ve done every steps already known in this forum.

Wired or wireless, it`s the same issue.

Please, solve this asap.
