Installation NBN text received - no connection

Rec,d modem..plugged in ,plugged into nbn box have no internet.

Instructions say 30 minutes however been 1 hour

Yes, have the app which states our installation is progressing?

Does that mean its not ready yet?  One would have thought if we get the text message, it would be ready?

What is the status of the blue lights on the NCD..? ie, 2x solid, 1x flashing etc...

So you should have a WAN light on the modem too then?

What about the internet light?

The modem should auto config and start working on its own.

 

If not, you can try manually putting in your username and password.

Hi @handleyfamily 

 

You need to manually put in your username/password per instructions i posted.

I can see you modem trying to auth, but it is showing incorrect password.
