So you should have a WAN light on the modem too then?
What about the internet light?
The modem should auto config and start working on its own.
If not, you can try manually putting in your username and password.

The internet light is not on - we have no connection

You need to manually put in your username/password per instructions i posted.
I can see you modem trying to auth, but it is showing incorrect password.
