Internet Keeps Cutting Out

My internet at home keeps cutting out every few minutes and sometimes less than that. It’s been happening for a few days now, and i cannot use it at all because of that. My internet also is extremely slow on some says and cannot work at all. There is so many problems that occurs way too often with my internet, and it’s fustrating that the customer service never picks up no matter how many times i try.
