I see your ADSL2+ service was installed on the 29/4.
The tests in our systems right now are passing, and i can see your modem trained up 13.2meg down and 1meg upload which is a good speed for ADSL at 1.6km.
You may need to test your speed with a device DIRECT to the modem with a cable.
Wifi speedtests on mobile phones are very unreliable.
