hi there, even tough you have told us that there is no problem with our connection, the connection drop again today during the windy weather. It just dropped out not long ago at around 11.15am. The DSL light on the modem went out. Please double check your log again and send a technician out to double confirm.

sent. The previous person told me that the connection was stable for 81 days which wasn't. Today is pretty bad as the connetion just drop off every few minutes when it's windy. We have some devices hooked up on over cable so it's not a wireless issue.
