Hi TPG tech support,
We have been experiencing intermittent connection problems from Friday, 17 April 2020. Our internet connection has been extremely reliable during off-peak but during the day time, it has been pathetic. I have even upgraded my plan to NBN FTTN Superfast in the hope that the quality of service will be reliable. I also noticed that the internet speed drops to 2 or 3 Mbps when the connection becomes intermittent. Can someone assist us, please? A reliable connection is essential to be able to perform work from home as well as school online.
I live in The Ponds suburb in Sydney West.
