Internet connection problem

Hello this is priyanka dhruvkumar vyas, My cousin has transfered her internet connection on my name before 15 days. Now i am not able to access the internet and also inhabe not hot any email for payment and about my username and password.

If you don't know the TPG username and password, are you able to contact your cousin to ask for those information? Or you may send us a PM with your cousins complete name and address along with the phone number linked to the account.
