Internet connection

I have a tpg supplied Huawei HG659 router. My modem is showing the internet to be ok but the internet and wlan lights on the router are flashing and no device has internet connection. I have spent hours waiting for customer support but have gotten no answer. I have reset the modem and followed the sep up instructions but have had no luck. Can I please be contacted ASAP as it’s been 3 days and I have had no responses.
