Internet constantly dropping out

Hi,
We have had the internet connected for over a year and have had no problems except for the past weeks. It’s constantly dropping out after a few minutes after it continues to reconnect. Not sure if it’s a line problem or could it be a modem problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you located. I've had that problem in Wareemba NSW...and now it's gone completely.
Phone support were happy to monitor and not fix it when dropping out.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have tested the line.


We've detected a possible fault within the NBN network and will require further investigation.
