There are instances that the service may or may not be restored automatically after an outage/maintenance has cleared.

My internet has been down for over 24 hours. On the website it states there was planned NBN outage and it’s been resolved. In my case it has not. I work from home and it isn’t desirable to hotspot and I need this rectified asap. Can you please assist.
