Our connexion is dropping out every 10 to 15 minutes. The ADSL light turns orange and sometimes it works if I reboot the box. I use to reboot the box twice a day. Now it is 15 times a day making it impossible to work or do anything else, videos calls are breaking up etc.

I have checked your NBN-FTTP 12/1 service and while tests are passing ,the speed is a bit on the low side.
I have escalated this to one of our engineers to check things out further, and someone will call you back ASAP within 24hrs.

Someone form TPG called about this incident but they didn't have the correct information: Wrong name.
They could not assist further and said they would contact someone at TPG to flag that out.
Not sure what is happening...
