Internet drops out during thunder storm

Hi

Whenever there is a thunder storm in the area, my internet service drops out.
Once the thunder storm passes, then my internet service comes back online.

Can you please investigate this fault? My address is 44 Robina Drive, Hillsborough, NSW 2290.
