Internet drops out

We got a new modem about 3 weeks ago from TPG but every now and then we have the wifi drop out from multiple devices at a time and then can't reconnect until we reset the modem this is becoming a real inconvenience in our household

If you are experiencing the WiFi dropouts, please try to turn off the band steering in the modem interface.

Just use this article as reference to access the modem interface in order to disable it.

The drop outs only happen to the same iPad, smart TV and gaming console.have just turned off band steering in the interface and changed the frequency channel as well
I will let you know how it goes
