Internet is not working

Had a wifi outage two days ago but checked on the website last night and saw that it was resolved. However, the internet light on the modem is still not lighting up

If the status of the outage was resolved and you are still not able to access the internet, then troubleshooting may need to be performed to confirm if there's an issue within the NBN line.
