Hi @Skarki2002 

 

I have  checked your NBN-FTTP 12/1 service and can see the NTD is up, but no authentication in your modem.

 

Make sure your modem is plugged directly into the UNID-1 port.

You will need to configure your modem with your TPG username and password.
