Does anybody else have their internet connection drop out every day around the same time?
My internet connection seems to drop out around 8pm-12pm WST every single day without fail.
Anybody have any fixes or is this due to the stock modem router TPG uses?

We have exactly the same issue for a while now. Around 5.45 pm the 5G internet is disconnected and doesn't work anymore for quite some time. this can be 1 hour or several hours. It's only the 5G band that's acting like this. The 2.4G is alright. it is pretty annoying to be honest.

Upon the disconnection of the 5GHz network of your modem/router, did you notice any changes in the light status of the modem?
You may also check our articles in case this is caused by a signal interference.
Send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number if the issue recur.

I have just changed the schannel of the signal and see how this will work out for me. i will let you know if it will still occur later on the day.
